"Let yourself be adopted"
This campaign is meant to pay a tribute to dogs and cats and, by extension, to the families that are looking after them and enjoying their company. Through this campaign, the Affinity Foundation proposes to emphasize once more the unique qualities of our pets: faithfulness, unselfish friendship, capacity for commitment and for accepting differences... If we let them show us the way, if we were capable of learning from the example they set, we would surely become better human beings.
The Affinity Foundation organized a short story contest open to pets’ owners who have let themselves be adopted by their dogs or cats. Those were encouraged to write about what they had learnt from their pets. Emma Ozores, "Friend of Honour" of the Foundation, made the official announcement about of the “Let yourself be adopted”.
